I can't add a contact

The person's BlackBerry device might be turned off, the person might not have responded to your invitation, or the person might have ignored your invitation.

  1. To view your pending invitations, tap Invites.

I accidentally blocked a contact

When you remove a contact from your blocked list, the person can send you messages again.

  1. In the Blocked group, touch and hold a name.
  2. Tap Unblock.
