From the browser on your computer

Note: If you created your BlackBerry Internet Service account on a BlackBerry device that has 7 or later installed on it, you cannot complete this task.
  1. On the BlackBerry Internet Service website, in the left pane, click Password.
  2. In the Old password field, type the password for your BlackBerry Internet Service account.
  3. In the New password field, type a new password.
  4. In the Confirm password field, type the new password again.
  5. Click Save.
