A folder on my computer isn't recognized

If you are trying to sync picture, video, or document files between a specific folder on your computer and your BlackBerry device, the folder might appear dimmed in BlackBerry Link in the following situations:

• The folder on your computer is deleted.
• The folder on your computer is renamed.
• The folder on your computer is on a network drive or USB drive that is disconnected.
