I need to generate a log file for a support representative
A support representative might ask you to send log files and other information to help troubleshoot a problem you are experiencing.
- On your computer, open BlackBerry Link.
- At the bottom of the screen, click your device.
- Click the icon.
- In the Settings view, click Log Files > Create Log File. The location and file name for the log files are displayed at the top of the screen.
- Email the log file to your support representative.
