Can't see previously purchased apps in BlackBerry World?

If your My World screen in the BlackBerry World storefront does not contain any of the previously downloaded apps, it might be because you have used a new BlackBerry ID instead of the one that you used with your previous device. Log in with your previous BlackBerry ID and then try again.
