Is your account locked?

If you try to sign in to a BlackBerry ID-enabled application using the wrong BlackBerry ID password ten times, your account will be locked. This will also happen if you answer the security question associated with resetting your password incorrectly ten times. When this happens, you receive an error message advising you that your account will be locked for a period of 15 minutes. You can wait 15 minutes and try to sign in again, or you can just go ahead and reset your password.

Every time that you try to sign in with the wrong information, your account is locked for another 15 minutes, so if you are unsure of your password, it is probably better if you reset it.
