If you can't see messages from a specific email account, it could be that the account is not set to be displayed in your BlackBerry Hub. Let's check the display settings for that account.
- In the BlackBerry Hub, tap .
- Tap .
- Tap Hub Management.
- Look at the Email Accounts area and make sure that the switch is set to On for every account that you want to display in the BlackBerry Hub
