I can't see email the way I expected to
If you have email that you can't see or find on your BlackBerry device, it could be an issue with settings or syncing. Let's try checking a few things.
To be able to send and receive email, you must be connected to either a Wi-Fi network or a mobile network. If you think that you are in a wireless coverage area and you are trying to use a Wi-Fi network, let's make sure that you are connected.
- Look for the Wi-Fi indicator in the upper-right corner of the home screen. If you don't see the indicator, you need to connect to a Wi-Fi network.
If you see this indicator, it means that the Wi-Fi transceiver is turned on. If you can't see this indicator, you need to turn on the Wi-Fi transceiver.
- On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Tap the Wi-Fi icon to switch it from off to on.
- Tap Wi-Fi.
- Select and connect to an available network.
This is what the icon looks like when Wi-Fi is turned on. Tap this icon to turn the Wi-Fi transceiver on or off. Tap the label text when you want to see a listing of available networks.
