I'm trying to connect to an enterprise network
Okay, so you are trying to connect to an enterprise network. There are a few common issues that we can check and, hopefully, get you connected!
We need to make sure that Wi-Fi is turned on so that your BlackBerry 10 device can detect Wi-Fi networks.
- On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Tap Settings > Networks and Connections > Wi-Fi.
- Make sure that the Wi-Fi switch is set to On.
If you see this indicator, it means that Wi-Fi is turned on. If you can't see this indicator, you must turn on the Wi-Fi transceiver.
