About the battery

You should only use the battery that Research In Motion specifies for use with your particular BlackBerry smartphone model. If you use any other battery, you might invalidate any warranty provided with your smartphone.

CAUTION:

There is a risk of explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect battery type. Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions in the Safety and Product Information booklet.
