I can't make or receive Direct Connect calls
Try the following actions:
- Make sure that the Direct Connect service is registered on your BlackBerry smartphone.
- Make sure that your smartphone is connected to the mobile network.
- If you are trying to make a Direct Connect call, make sure that the Direct Connect number is correct.
- If you are not able to receive Direct Connect calls from a contact or a Direct Connect number, make sure that the contact or Direct Connect number is not on your blocked caller list.
