Turn on or turn off traffic data
If traffic data is turned on, your BlackBerry device sends anonymous location information to provide traffic data to BlackBerry applications.
- On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.

Tap
Settings > Location Services.
- Tap the Traffic Data Collection switch.
