From the browser on your computer

Note: If you created your BlackBerry Internet Service account on a BlackBerry smartphone that has BlackBerry 7 installed on it, you cannot complete this task.
  1. On the BlackBerry Internet Service website, in the left pane, click Email Accounts.
  2. Click the Edit icon beside your BlackBerry email address.
  3. In the Auto forward to field, type the email address of another email account.
  4. Click an auto forward option.
  5. Click Save.
To stop forwarding a copy of received email messages, clear the Auto forward to field.
