From the browser on your smartphone
- On the BlackBerry Internet Service website, on the Settings webpage, click Email Accounts.
- Click the email account that is not valid. Click Validate.
- Change your email account information.
- Click Save.
Note: Depending on the
email address, you might
not be able to validate it from the
BlackBerry Internet Service website. For more
information, contact your email service provider.
