From the browser on your computer
Note: If you created your BlackBerry Internet Service account on a BlackBerry smartphone that has BlackBerry 7 installed on it, you cannot complete this task.
- In a browser on your computer, on the BlackBerry Internet Service website, in the left pane, click Email Accounts.
- Click the Invalid Email Account icon beside the email address.
- If your email address cannot be validated, click OK.
- Change your email address information.
- Click Save.
Note: Depending on the email address, you might not be able to validate it from the BlackBerry Internet Service website. For more information, contact your email service provider.
