I can't create a user name and password for my BlackBerry Internet Service account

If you have BlackBerry 7 installed on your BlackBerry smartphone, you cannot create a user name and password to log in to your BlackBerry Internet Service account using a browser on a computer. Your BlackBerry Internet Service account is associated with the BlackBerry ID that you used to set up your BlackBerry 7 smartphone, therefore you cannot create a user name and password for your account.
