Changes that I made to email messages on my smartphone are not reflected in my email account

Depending on your email service provider, you might not be able to reconcile email messages over the wireless network.
Verify that wireless email reconciliation is turned on in the Messages application on your BlackBerry smartphone. For more information, click the Help icon on the home screen of your smartphone.
