Change the password for your BlackBerry email address

Note: Depending on your messaging service plan, this feature might not be supported.

If you have a user name and password to log in to your BlackBerry Internet Service account using a browser on a computer, you might not have a password for your BlackBerry email address and do not need to perform this task.
