How do I get support for an app
You should contact the company who created the app to obtain support. In many cases, support information is provided on the app's Summary screen.
- From the BlackBerry App World storefront home screen, click My World.
- Highlight the app and press the Menu key.
- Click View Details. and scroll to the bottom of the screen to locate a support button or link.
