Manage email reconciliation conflicts
Set the On Conflicts option for each email address that is associated with your
BlackBerry® device.
- On the Home screen, click the Messages icon.
- Press the Menu key.
- Click Options.
- Click Email Reconciliation.
- If necessary, change the Message Services field.
- Set the On Conflicts field.
- Press the Menu key.
- Click Save.
