Get the date and time from the wireless network automatically
To perform this task, your
BlackBerry® device must be connected to the wireless network.
- In the clock, press the Menu key.
- Click Options.
- Click Set Time.
- Change the Time Zone field.
- Perform one of the following actions:
- To get the date and time from the wireless network that your device is connected to, change the Date/Time Source field
to Network.
- To get the date and time from the BlackBerry network, change the Date/Time Source field
to BlackBerry.
- Press the Menu key.
- Click Update Time.
- Press the Menu key.
- Click Save.
To set the time yourself, change the
Date/Time Source field
to
Off.
