Delete email messages over the wireless network
Set the Delete On option for each email address that is associated with your
BlackBerry® device.
- On the Home screen, click the Messages icon.
- Press the Menu key.
- Click Options.
- Click Email Reconciliation.
- If necessary, change the Message Services field.
- Set the Delete On field.
- Press the Menu key.
- Click Save.
It takes a short period of time for messages to be deleted over the wireless network.
To delete messages on your device only, set the
Delete On field to
Handheld.
