Check in to a Place
You can share your approximate location with your friends by checking in to a Place or creating a new Place. Depending on your BlackBerry smartphone model, wireless service provider, or organization, this feature might not be supported.

On the navigation bar at the top of the screen, click Facebook > Places > Check in.
- To check in to an existing Place, click a Place.
- To search for an existing Place, type a Place. Click Search <Place>.
- To create a Place, click Add a Place. Type a name and description. Click Create.
- To tag friends at the Place, click Tag Friend. Type a friend's name. Click Continue.
- Click Check in.
