Duplicate organizer data fields appear on my smartphone after synchronization
You might need to verify your synchronization options. In the BlackBerry Desktop Software, click Organizer. Try the following actions:
- Click Organizer options. In the Conflicts section, verify that the Create separate entries for conflicting data option and Don't sync conflicting data option are not selected.
- For each organizer application, click Configure > Advanced. On the Fields tab, verify that the field mapping for each organizer application is correct.
- Beside Contacts, click Configure > Advanced. On the Fields tab, verify that both the First Name field and Middle Name field in your organizer application are mapped to the First Name field on your BlackBerry smartphone.
