Some organizer data doesn't appear on my smartphone after synchronization
You might need to verify your synchronization options. In the BlackBerry Desktop Software, click Organizer. Try the following actions:
- Check the conflict resolution options for the organizer data that isn't appearing. Click Organizer options. In the Conflicts section, verify that the Don't sync conflicting data option isn't selected.
- If some tasks aren't appearing on your BlackBerry smartphone, click Configure beside Tasks. Verify that the All tasks option is selected.
- If some calendar entries aren't appearing on your smartphone, verify that these calendar entries aren't appointments and meetings that you manage for someone else. If you use Microsoft Outlook to manage someone else's calendar, that person's appointments and meetings don't appear on your smartphone.
