Remove your settings from the BlackBerry Desktop Software
If you want to stop
associating your
BlackBerry smartphone or BlackBerry PlayBook tablet with the
BlackBerry Desktop Software
that is installed on your computer, you can remove your current
settings.
- On your computer, open the BlackBerry Desktop Software.
- In the Device menu, click the name of your smartphone or tablet.
- Click Device > Forget device > Forget.
If you want to reassociate
your smartphone or tablet with the
BlackBerry Desktop Software,
connect your device to your computer and complete the steps to add a new smartphone or new tablet.
