Some of my music didn't synchronize to my smartphone or tablet

If some of your music didn't synchronize to your BlackBerry smartphone or BlackBerry PlayBook tablet, a warning icon appears in the Media section in the left pane. You can click on this icon to view a list of possible causes.

Try the following actions:

  • Verify that your media card or built-in media storage has enough available storage space to store your songs.
  • Verify that your music does not contain digital rights management (DRM) technologies.
  • Verify that your music is in a supported format.
  • Verify that mass storage mode is turned on for your smartphone.
