This message appears when there is not enough storage space on your media card or available built-in media storage for your media files that you selected to synchronize.

Try the following actions:

• Consider using a higher capacity media card.
• Select fewer playlists, pictures, or videos to synchronize.
• If your BlackBerry smartphone includes built-in media storage, transfer media files that are stored in your built-in media storage to a media card.
• In the BlackBerry Desktop Software, click Device Options. On the Media tab, decrease the amount of storage space that is kept free for files other than your music files.
