Why do I need to re-enter my BlackBerry ID login information?
After a certain amount of time passes, if you are not actively using the app or service that supports BlackBerry ID, you might be prompted to re-enter your login information. For example, you might be prompted to re-enter your BlackBerry ID before you download apps from the BlackBerry App World storefront.
If you change any of your BlackBerry ID information, if you delete all the data on your smartphone or tablet, or if you update your BlackBerry Device Software on your smartphone, you might also be required to re-enter your BlackBerry ID.
