I can't register my BBM Music account

Try the following:

  • Connect to BBM Music using a different Wi-Fi network and try again.
  • Turn off your Wi-Fi connection, connect to BBM Music using only your mobile network, and try again.
  • Close apps that you aren't using and try again.
  • Contact support at www.blackberry.com/support/bbmmusic.
