A song might appear dimmed and you might not be able to play it if the song has been removed from the BBM Music catalog or if you ignored that song or artist.

Try the following actions:

• Highlight an ignored song. Press the Menu key > Stop Ignoring.
• If the song has been removed from the catalog, delete the song from your My Songs tab or swap it out for a new song.
