Add contacts or a contact group from your organization's address book

You can add a contact group and its corresponding contacts from your organization's address book to your contact list. Only online users appear in the contact group. You cannot rename the contact group or add or delete users from your organization's address book.
  1. On the contact list screen, press the Menu key > Add Public Group.
  2. Type the name for the contact group.
  3. Click OK.
After you finish: To delete the contact group and its contacts from your contact list, click Remove Group.
