Submit a diagnostic report for the BlackBerry MVS Client

If you are experiencing problems with the BlackBerry MVS Client, you can send a diagnostic report to your administrator.

  1. On the Home screen or in a folder, click the Options icon.
  2. Click Advanced Options.
  3. Click Session Management.
  4. Click MVS Client.
  5. Press the Menu key.
  6. Click Email Report.
