If you change the display name for a phone number, or if your administrator changes the display name, your BlackBerry smartphone displays the new name on the phone menu items and options. For example, if you change the display name for your work number from the default name "Work" to "My Work Phone," then the "Work Help" menu item changes to "My Work Phone Help."
