Submit a diagnostic report for the BlackBerry MVS Client

If you are experiencing issues with the BlackBerry MVS Client, you can send a diagnostic report to your administrator.

  1. From the Home screen, press the Send key.
  2. Press the Menu key > Options.
  3. Click your work number.
  4. Click MVS Status.
  5. Press the Image of Menu key key > Email Report.
