Initiate a workflow

Depending on your permissions, you can use a workflow to assign a colleague a task, or to send items for approval. You can customize a workflow by changing options such as the participants, due dates, and task instructions.
  1. Highlight an item.
  2. Press the Menu key > Workflows.
  3. In the Start A New Workflow section, choose a workflow.
  4. Complete the fields that appear on the screen.
  5. Press the Menu key > Save.
  6. Click OK.
