Approve, reject, reassign, or change an Approval task

When you are assigned an item for approval, you receive an email notification of the task.
  1. Open a task.
  2. Review the item that was sent to you for approval.
  3. To approve or reject the item, press the Menu key > Approve or Reject.
  4. To reassign the item, or to request a change to the item, press the Menu key > Reassign Task or Request a change.
