Synchronize your organizer data and media files automatically when you connect your smartphone

You can set the BlackBerry Desktop Software to automatically synchronize changed organizer data and new pictures and videos from your computer to your BlackBerry smartphone each time that you connect your smartphone to your computer.
  1. Connect your smartphone to your computer.
  2. On your computer, in the Applications folder, click the BlackBerry Desktop Software icon.
  3. Click Device Options.
  4. On the General tab, select the Automatically sync when device is connected checkbox.
  5. Click OK.
