Submit a Mobile Hotspot diagnostic report
- On the home screen, click the connections area at the top of the screen, or click the Manage Connections icon.
- Click Networks and Connections > Mobile Hotspot Connections.
- Press the
key > Diagnostics. - Press the key > Email Report.
