Turn on or turn off wireless email reconciliation
You can turn on or turn off wireless email reconciliation for each email address associated with your BlackBerry smartphone.
- On the home screen, click the Messages icon.
- Press the

Options >
Email
Reconciliation.
- If the Message Services field appears, set this field to the appropriate email account.
- Select or clear the Wireless Reconcile checkbox.
