Reconcile email over the wireless network manually
If you file or delete email messages and the changes aren't reflected on your
BlackBerry smartphone or your computer, you can reconcile your email manually. To complete this task, wireless email reconciliation must be turned on.

On the home screen, click the Messages icon.

Press the
key> Reconcile Now.
