Synchronize your contacts

Connect your
BlackBerry smartphone to your
computer.

On your computer, in the
Applications folder, click the
BlackBerry Desktop Software icon.

In the
Information section in the left pane, click
Contacts.

In the
Sync Contacts field, click
Two Way.

Do
one of the following:
- To synchronize
all your contacts, click
All contacts and groups.
- To synchronize
specific contacts and groups, click
Selected groups. Select the check box beside
one or more contacts or groups.

Click
Sync.
