A calendar entry that I changed on my smartphone isn't synchronized to the calendar on my computer
Web-based calendars that are integrated into iCal, such as the calendar application in Google Mail, can only be synchronized from your computer to your BlackBerry smartphone and not from your smartphone to your computer.
Try updating the calendar entries in the calendar application on your computer.
