Change the location of backup files on your computer

By default, your backup files are saved on your computer to /Users/<name>/Documents/BlackBerry Backups.

On your computer, in the Applications folder, click the BlackBerry Desktop Software icon.
On the BlackBerry Desktop Software menu, click Preferences.
In the Backup Location section, click Change.
Type the new location.
Click OK.

After you finish: To reset the default location, click Reset.
