A calendar entry that I changed on my smartphone isn't synchronized to the calendar on my computer
Web-based calendars that are integrated into iCal, such as the calendar application in Google Mail™, can only be synchronized from your computer to your BlackBerry® smartphone and not from your smartphone to your computer.
Try updating the calendar entries in the calendar application on your computer.
