My smartphone doesn't recognize my media card
Try the following actions:
- Verify that your media card is inserted in your BlackBerry® smartphone correctly. For more information about inserting a media card into your smartphone, see the printed documentation that came with your smartphone.
- In your media card options, verify that media card support is turned on.
- In your media card
options, if there's a message to format your media card, disconnect your
smartphone from your computer. Format your media card.
CAUTION:Formatting your media card will delete all the files from it.
