Move data to a new smartphone using the BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager
Once you begin the activation process, don't disconnect your BlackBerry® smartphone from your computer until the activation process on your new smartphone is complete
- Connect your new smartphone to your computer.
- Click Yes - Switch my BlackBerry services to this device.
- Click Yes - Transfer the data.
- Complete the instructions on the screen.
