Receive notification when a contact becomes available

Each time that you set BlackBerry® Messenger to notify you when a contact becomes available, you receive a notification.
  1. On the contact list screen, highlight a contact whose status is set to Busy.
  2. Press the Image of Menu key key > Set Contact Alert > OK.
After you finish: To turn off the notification, press the Image of Menu key key > Clear Contact Alert.
