Check for the latest version of BBM

Depending on your version of BlackBerry® Messenger or your organization, this feature might not be supported.

You can download the latest version of BBM™ manually from the BlackBerry App World™ storefront. For more information about the BlackBerry App World storefront, on a computer visit www.blackberry.com/appworld.

  1. On the contact list screen, press the Image of Menu key key > Options.
  2. Press the Image of Menu key key > About BlackBerry Messenger.
  3. Press the Image of Menu key key > Check for Update.
