Prerequisites: Bluetooth connections
- Verify that your BlackBerry® smartphone is running BlackBerry®
Device Software 4.1 or later.
- Verify that your computer is running Windows®
XP SP 3 or later. For more information about the Bluetooth® adapters that are supported in Windows XP SP 3 or later, visit www.blackberry.com/support.
- If your smartphone is not paired with your computer, on your smartphone, verify that Bluetooth technology is turned on. For more information about pairing, click Help on your smartphone.
